The customer's AC condenser had burnt wiring that had come off the connector, causing a malfunction in the unit and potentially posing safety hazards. They required a prompt and professional repair service to ensure their AC system functions efficiently and safely.
Greenergy's team of experienced technicians visited the customer's home to address the issue with the AC condenser wiring. Our professionals replaced the burnt wiring with a heavier gauge wire and new crimp connectors, as seen in the uploaded pictures. Additionally, our technicians checked the wiring amperage to ensure it was not exceeding its rating or drawing too much current, thus avoiding potential safety hazards.
